Contacts filter slows down Contacts start

This tip highly depends on your number of contacts. If you have so many contacts that you must create a "VIP" group to access those contacts easier, it is not applicable.

But if you can sort through all contacts normally just by using letter navigations on the top, then you should keep Contacts showing "All Contacts", when exiting this Application. Reason is simple - when you launch Contacts if some filter is turned on (e.g. "VIP"), you will see first all contacts and then filter will be run with visible slow-down.

Also, this tip is much more useful if your Pocket PC is set to close Contacts, rather than minimize them. I highly recommend using this mode (you need to install additional application for that - e.g. some task manager). To ensure that Contacts is not minimized, you can reset Pocket PC first in order to see effects.
